What We Do
DRESS LIKE A SUCCESS
Let’s empower our youth for greatness!
Our goal is to form partnerships with our high schools and juvenile centers/court system. What we want to do is help to instill good habits in our young men that they will carry forward into adulthood.
We want our young men to have confidence in their appearance and of which will affect their overall progress. The purpose of DRESS LIKE A SUCCESS is to help our young men come to the awareness of the importance of their appearance.
In this initial event, we want to share with our young men our nine character code principles of which they can start implementing immediately to get on their journey of fulfilling their PURPOSE and DESTINY.
GOALS FOR 100 BLACK YOUNG MEN:
1. Follow up with the young men for a quarterly progress report
2. Stay in contact with the young men for a year to provide reinforcement and guidance
3. Help the young men to connect with organizations that can provide them with work experience
4.Recommend to the young men with other reading material every three months, example. (Think and Grow Rich. What Makes The Great Great. The Wealth Choice. Act Like a Success. Be Somebody)

Purpose
EDUCATING BLACK MALES
OUR PERCEPTION MUST CHANGE.
If you sincerely want to make an impact in the lives of our black male students you have to approach them with an open mind, and NOT with a mindset that associates them with not having the drive to succeed or some other negative stereotypes.
By the way, positive information about black males are out there, but what is needed is that we get into the habit of sharing those positive things with our BLACK MALE STUDENTS in order to help them change the paradigm that they may have conditioned to believe.
But first, we who are in the position to educate, empower, motivate, inspire and challenge our young black males our perception of them has to be that they are capable of achieving great things.
“FOR THEM TO SHARE SOMETHING DIFFERENT OR STOP SHARING WHAT THEY HAVE MADE UP, WE HAVE TO START SHARING SOMETHING DIFFERENT.”
